Terms of sale
The plain version: you buy a PDF, it is yours to use in your own business, and all sales are final.
In force since October 9, 2026
1. Who sells
Field & Wright is operated by Jesús Alexis Orozco Londoño. Its kits are sold under the Kitwright name. Contact: [email protected].
2. What you are buying
Each kit is a digital file in PDF format. Nothing is shipped. The product page describes what the file contains, and that description is the whole of what you are buying: no consulting, no setup service and no support hours are included unless the page says so.
3. Payment and delivery
Payments are processed by Whop, which handles your card details under its own terms and privacy policy. We never see your full card number. After paying you confirm your email with a code and download the file from your Whop account. Prices are set in US dollars; at checkout Whop may display the price in your local currency.
4. What you can do with the file
You may use the kit, and adapt its templates and scripts, inside your own business, including sharing it with your own staff. You may not resell it, republish it, share it outside your business, or pass off its contents as your own product.
5. Refunds
Because the product is a digital file delivered immediately, all sales are final. The exceptions are on the refunds page. Where the law of your country gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights apply.
6. No guarantee of results
A kit is a setup guide. We do not guarantee that an AI assistant, a search engine or any platform will show, cite or recommend your business, nor any number of customers, calls or revenue. Third-party platforms change their features and rules without notice; a step that was correct on the review date may later need adjusting.
7. Not professional advice
Kits are operational material. They are not legal, tax, medical or compliance advice. Where a kit touches a regulated area, it tells you so, and you are responsible for checking the rules that apply to your business.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to a kit is limited to the amount you paid for it.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the date of your purchase.
