All sales are final. Here is exactly what that means, and when we refund anyway.

Why sales are final

A kit is a digital file. Once you have downloaded it there is nothing to send back, so we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. That is why every product page shows real pages from the kit, lists what is inside and says who it is not for: so you can decide before you pay.

When we do refund

• You were charged twice for the same kit.
• You cannot get the file, or it will not open, and we are unable to fix that for you within five business days of your message.
• The file is not what the product page described: a different kit, or one that is materially incomplete.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with and tell us what happened. Please write to us before opening a dispute with your card: we aim to solve a delivery problem the same week.

Your legal rights

If the law where you live gives you rights that a seller cannot exclude, nothing on this page takes them away.
